Welcome to Afiya Leather. By accessing and purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. For major cities, our logistics partners include DHL Express and UPS. For remote areas or towns not covered by these services, we use the Indian Postal Service.

All orders are trackable online and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Our logistics partners do not deliver during weekends, national holidays, or after official working hours.

If your area is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will process a full refund.

2. Customs & Duties

Customs duty, quarantine charges, inspection fees, or any other country-specific charges are beyond our control.

These charges vary depending on your country’s regulations and must be paid directly by the buyer.

Such charges are not included in the product price or checkout process.

At Afiya Leather, we guarantee 100% genuine leather in all our products.

Unlike synthetic or faux leather, genuine leather has unique qualities that make it last longer, breathe naturally, and age beautifully over time.

How to Identify Genuine Leather:

Moisture Test – A droplet of water on genuine leather will absorb slowly, unlike faux leather which repels it.

Smell Test – Real leather has a distinct, earthy, natural aroma, whereas faux leather smells synthetic or plastic-like.

Care Label – Our products come with detailed care instructions, ensuring transparency about the materials used.

4. Leather Care Instructions

To maintain the durability and elegance of your Afiya Leather jacket:

Store flat or on a wide, padded hanger to avoid stretch marks. Avoid using plastic covers.

Clean stains immediately. When unsure, consult a professional leather cleaner.

Keep away from excessive water exposure as it reduces natural oils in the leather. If wet, allow the jacket to dry naturally away from heat.

Restore shine using mink oil or recommended leather conditioners.

Periodic oiling will keep the leather supple and increase its life expectancy.

5. Refunds & ReturnsReturns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Customized or personalized jackets are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

6. Limitation of Liability

Afiya Leather is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care of the product.

Customers are advised to follow our care guidelines strictly for long-lasting use.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
