Return Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Return Eligibility: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Only the product cost is refundable. Shipping and customs duties are non-refundable.

1. Returns Within 15 Days
If you change your mind, you can return your item to Afiya Leather within 15 days of delivery.
All returned items must be unworn, in resellable condition, and with all tags attached.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team immediately.
If your order is missing items, delivered in the wrong size or color, or has any defects, contact us right away.
2. Items Not Eligible for ReturnWorn, washed, dirty, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Quality & Design Check
Before dispatching your jacket, we share pictures of your finished order for approval.
This ensures you can review the stitching, quality, and details before receiving your product.
With this step, issues related to product quality or design are minimized.
4. Sizing & Custom Orders
When placing a custom order, our support team will guide you to provide accurate body measurements.
Please refer to our Sizing Guide to ensure correct measurements.
If your custom jacket does not fit perfectly, we offer free alterations. Shipping for alterations is the responsibility of the customer.
All custom orders are final. While we ensure utmost accuracy, we handle issues on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable solution.
5. International Returns & Exchanges
Return Authorization (RA) is mandatory for all international returns.
Returns are free if you received an incorrect or defective item.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 21 days of receipt.
To exchange an item, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Note: Return shipping costs are not included in the product price and are to be borne by the buyer.
